Terms of service
Effective and last updated:
These terms govern access to HUHU API, operated by the HUHU API administrator. HUHU API provides connected-account management, email and verification-code workflows, proxy inventory and API tools for authorized users. By using the service, you agree to these terms and the privacy policy.
1. Accounts and access
You must use an account and permissions issued or approved for you. Keep login credentials, API keys, session data and receive-code links confidential. Tell the administrator promptly if you believe an account or credential has been compromised.
Signing in with Google verifies identity through Huhu IAM. It does not automatically grant application permissions or create access to Gmail messages. Account activation and additional authentication may be required.
2. Your connected data and operations
Only connect accounts, mailboxes, proxies and other resources that you own or are authorized to manage. You remain responsible for the data and instructions you submit, the recipients of your exports or links, and the effects of requested operations.
Check the selected accounts and parameters before submitting batch or API operations. Deleting aliases or records and replacing connected resources can affect external services. A failed or partial task does not necessarily undo actions that already completed.
3. Acceptable use
Use the service in accordance with applicable law and the terms of connected providers. Do not use it to access another person's account without authorization, distribute spam, commit fraud, interfere with a service, or bypass access controls. Respect the service's access permissions, rate limits and operational limits.
4. Third-party services and availability
Google, email providers, proxy providers and other connected services operate independently and may change their interfaces, authentication requirements or availability. HUHU API does not guarantee uninterrupted access, successful external operations, message delivery or the accuracy of data returned by those providers.
We may update features, perform maintenance or restrict access to investigate misuse and protect the service. Keep copies of information you need, using the available export functions. These terms do not establish a paid service level or a separate purchase agreement.
5. Privacy and ending access
The privacy policy describes how identity and connected-service data is handled. You can stop using HUHU API and ask the administrator to close your access or remove data. Closing a browser or revoking Google authorization does not automatically delete backend records or cancel every submitted task.
6. Changes and contact
We publish updates to these terms on this page with a revised date. If a change is material to your use, review it before continuing to use the affected service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
For support, account or terms questions, contact the HUHU API administrator at yanghucheng134@gmail.com.
